will start detox diet hari rabu
(yup, one day only, to see if we can manage)
should get vit c supplements
and buy a lot of fruits
and packs of mineral water
(8 bottles per day)
see if we can go tru'
What about we do seriuos schedule untuk diet program ni? what is our target? e.g target untuk loss weight 3 kg per month, so that mid of tahun depan my weight will be 65+kg which is the ideal wight for me. And than, what is the strategies? salah satunya ialah diet. Kita buat menu untuk isnin sampai ahad. Of coz weekend buleh makan sedap sikit la heheh. Kalau exercise, berapa hari seminggu and berapa round jogging? heheh.. cakap senang, nak buat malas.

ReplyDeletekalau betul2 buat diet ni dalam masa 2 MINGGU, we can lose 9 pounds (4.5kg) - But, have to eat multivitamins to recover nutrien yg hilang from the forbidden sources (ie milk, dairy product, seafoods, daging etc).
for a start let focus on detox/cleansing process of our body first + light exercise. bila badan sihat, it's easier to workout those lemak-lemak tepu... will be back at 6.15 this evening, let have a walk around taman kat bdr baru puchong.. kira warmup la... what say u?
apo eh... isnin ada english laa... kalau naik kereta round taman kira exercise ke?
