hmmm... we are now in a very tight budget.. just bought ourselves a 3-tonne lori (projek angkut kelapa sawit with poksu).. harga RM8k, dig up all our moneys, korek2 tabung, selak2 bawah tilam semua to cover it all... so now, we have to devise a plan to timbus balik all the holes....
ok, the lori will earn us around RM500 (minimum) - and need 18 bulan untuk recover balik the 8k.. lepas tu, ada pulak hutang2 lapuk yg perlu diselesaikan (yup, we learn lesson abt money the hard way)..
but then, we got this bright ideas - keluarkan kwsp akaun II untuk buat pengurangan pinjaman perumahan. since our loan based on fixed rate of 7% ('islamic banking'), it really didn't matter kalau kita langsaikan hutang cepat, the rebate is small compare to conventional loan. so, if we manage utk keluarkan hmm... let say, RM15k untuk langsaikan pinjaman - that's equal to 30 months punya pay up values (sebulan bayar loan RM500)- and it means we don't have to pay loan for the next 30 months! (until surat peringatan or 'the friendly reminder letter' reach my office la) - the extra RM500 tu boleh buat bayo hutang or save it in asb (kot2 kalau nak beli lori lagi)
but, after giving it a thought, baik kita kumpul dulu duit tu, dan bayar lump sum bila amount mencukupi... bcoz, by 'peram'ming the duit dalam kwsp, we got lebih kurang 4% dividen each year, lagi banyak duit, lagi beso la dividen yg kita dapat.. dan lagi cepat la mencapai target to setel all the baki..
btw, i've already visited kswp websites and printed all the related documents... should we or schouldn't we?
yes we should, we shoot, and we suit.
